It has been a really busy month here in the cave, in the last 2 weeks we have had 14 customers scammed by people who had a call from Microsoft, trying to tell them that their computers were infected.

On the surface it is not that easy to kill a computer, most of the time it will sit there quite happily waiting to see just what you would like to do next.
